  • MAC address. We collect your MAC address to create your profile in our system;
  • data about your Mac and its condition. We collect data like your Mac’s model and serial numbers, OS version, general system information to keep statistics and supplying you with a list of recommended fixes;
  • data about the apps on your Mac. This data may include versions of the apps, their size, date of last update and other. This data is collected for proper functioning of Shiny Soap software;
  • scan results. We save your scan results to keep statistics and to understand the whole picture in case you request our support.
Data provided by Third Parties:

We may collect some of your personal information like email address provided to us by third parties (e.g. cleverbridge, PayProGlobal). Such information we can use only according to cleverbridge Privacy Policy and PayProGlobal Privacy Policy Statement. Please read their Privacy Policies to make sure you agree to all conditions, otherwise do not proceed the purchase of our product through their service.

Special Notice for Children under 13 years old and their parents or guardians.

Our website, products and services are not aimed at children under 13 years old and we may not knowingly collect any personal information from those children.
