Please be aware that Shiny Remote Support should be used only if the support agent asks you to do so.
How to Start
- Download Shiny Remote Support by clicking the button below.
- Launch the downloaded ShinyRemoteSupport file.
- The Shiny Remote Support window appears. It contains the ID and password that should be used by your support agent to establish connection with your Mac.
- Give the received credentials to the agent and start the remote desktop session.
